dc.descriptionThe socialization of all spheres of life of the population is a defining characteristic of the modern stage of the development of society, and the level of social protection is an indicator of the state's development. The social protection system is the main tool for achieving social justice in the state, balance in the interaction of various social and political forces of society. The social function of the state is to ensure the rights and freedoms of every person in such a way as to create the proper conditions both for existence and development directly, and for the realization of social justice in general. Each state, at its own discretion and in compliance with international obligations, regulates the system of social protection, forms its own policy and adopts its own legislation.en_US
dc.description.abstractСоціалізація усіх сфер життєдіяльності населення є визначальною характеристикою сучасного етапу розвитку суспільства, а рівень соціального захисту є індикаторами розвитку держави. Система соціального захисту – головний інструмент досягнення соціальної справедливості у державі, балансу у взаємодії різних соціальних і політичних сил суспільства. Соціальна функція держави полягає у такому забезпеченні прав і свобод кожної людини, щоб створювалися належні умови як для існування та розвитку безпосередньо, так і реалізації соціальної справедливості в цілому. Кожна держава на власний розсуд та, з дотриманням взятих на себе міжнародних зобов’язань, урегульовує систему соціального захисту, формує власну політику та приймає власне законодавство.uk_UA
