dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено визначенню компонентів комунікативної компетентності викладачів ВНЗ. У статті комунікативна компетентність науково-педагогічних працівників розглядається як один із інструментів, який одночасно можна використати як для аналізу ефективності професійної діяльності викладачів ВНЗ зокрема, так і для вдосконалення якості освіти в цілому. У статті наведені найбільш поширені типи комунікативних взаємодій у системі вищої освіти (вертикальні, горизонтальні, формальні, неформальні, контрольовані, неконтрольовані). Запропоновано визначення комунікативної компетентності викладача ВНЗ. Визначено, що комунікативна компетентність викладача ВНЗ є унікальним соціально-психологічним механізмом, що забезпечує створення умов для ефективної комунікації з іншими учасниками освітніх взаємодій у системі вищої освіти та виступає ефективним інструментом для успішної адаптації до швидкозмінного освітнього середовища, що забезпечує можливість ефективної взаємодії в системі вищої освіти. Доведено, що науково-педагогічний працівник із високим рівнем комунікативної компетентності має добре сформовані навички активного слухання, уміння встановлювати зворотній зв’язок та високий рівень емпатії. Проаналізовано вплив комунікативної компетентності викладача ВНЗ на якість побудови стосунків між учасниками освітніх взаємодій. На основі різноманітних типів комунікації у вищих навчальних закладах визначені та охарактеризовані основні компонен- ти комунікативної компетентності викладача ВНЗ. До основних компонентів комунікативної компетентності науково-педагогічного працівника віднесено: навички активного слухання, емпатію, навички самоконтролю та самовдосконалення, зворотній зв’язок, саморегуляцію тощо. Основні передумови реалізації комунікативної компетентності у професійній діяльності науково-педагогічних працівників також окреслено (соціально-психоло- гічні та когнітивно-контекстуальні) та охарактеризовано в даній роботі.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the definition of the components of the communicative competence of the University teachers. The communicative competence is viewed in the article as one of the instruments that can be used to measure the effectiveness of the University teacher professional activities in particular as well as the instrument that can be used to improve the quality of education in general. The most wide-spread types of the communication in the educational environment (vertical, horizontal, formal, informal, controllable, uncontrollable) are provided in the article. The definition of the communicative competence of the University teacher is given in the article. It is stated that the communicative competence of the University teacher is the unique social and psychological mechanism that lets the University teacher to create conditions to sustain communication with other participants of the educational interactions. It is also stated that communicative competence of the University teacher is the efficient tool that helps the University teacher to adapt productively to the educational environment and that it is the main prerequisite of the successful interactions with other participants of the educational processes. Taking into account the types of the communication in the educational institution as well as the content of the communicative competence, the main components of the communicative competence of the University teacher are highlighted in the article (skills of the active listening, empathy, skills of self-control, self- development and self-management, feedback, etc). The interconnection between the communicative competence of the University teacher and the quality of education is highlighted. The main prerequisites of the communicative competence realization (social and psychological as well as cognitive and contextual) are also studied in the article.
