dc.description.abstractProcess of coming into being of public environmental examination institution as a distinctive part of Environmental Law system of Ukraine is substantiated in the article. The analysis of it's own subject and legal regulation method which are characteristic of institution of public environmental examination also falls within the scope of the article. An appropriate system of statutory acts and clear-cut state interest concerning the necessity to illuminate the problems of public environmental examination are also considered in the article.en
