Description
The paper considers one of the most complicated and least investigated aspects in the foreign language teaching methodology - the process of the German literary text rhythm perception by a Ukrainian recipient. Having taken into account the specific features of the hierarchy of the literary text, the stylistic function of its rhythmic structure, some general characteristics of German and Ukrainian rhythmic and intonation patterns, the authors recommend on the first stage while interpreting the meaning of the literary text to start with the stylistic formal elements and the author’s rhythmic code which imply meaningful information.
