dc.descriptionThe study is devoted to the analysis of language and stylistic features of contemporary Ukrainian cinema. The relevance of the topic is determined by the importance of an in-depth study of the language of modern films in light of the growing volume of Ukrainian film production and the strengthening of the Ukrainian language in various spheres of public life. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the language specificity of contemporary Ukrainian films using the TV series "To Catch the Kaidash" and the film "Stop-Zemlia" as examples, which involves the following objectives: to determine the means by which cinematography influences the worldview and consciousness of citizens; to examine the current language situation in Ukraine and its reflection in national cinema; to highlight the role of language in Ukrainian films; to analyze the characteristic features of the speech of the characters in the TV series "To Catch the Kaidash" and the film "Stop-Zemlia"; and to study the functional load of the identified linguistic means. The research applies descriptive, comparative, contextual analysis, as well as methods of systematization and classification of material. The analysis demonstrated that, in order to bring artistic reality closer to real life, filmmakers employ elements of colloquial speech such as slang, jargon, dialectal words, and obscenisms. It was found that the TV series "To Catch the Kaidash" authentically depicts rural life, including its language aspects. It illustrates the presence of bilingualism, surzhyk, and the influence of family ties on characters’ speech. The film "Stop-Zemlia" portrays postcolonial Ukrainian youth, whose speech is predominantly standard Ukrainian, with no surzhyk, though occasional instances of Russianisms and calques from Russian occur as a consequence of bilingualism in Ukraine. The study proves that the characters’ speech reflects their psychological, social, and cultural background, conveys the real language situation, serves as a means of representing social processes and public events, and functions as a stylistic device to create comic effects.en_US
dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена дослідженню мовностилістичних особливостей сучасного українського кіно. Актуальність теми зумовлена важливістю поглибленого вивчення мови сучасних кінофільмів з огляду на зростання кількості української кінопродукції та зміцнення позицій української мови у різних сферах суспільного життя. Мета роботи – дослідити мовну специфіку сучасних українських фільмів на прикладі телесеріалу "Спіймати Кайдаша" та фільму "Стоп-Земля", що передбачає виконання таких завдань: з’ясувати засоби впливу кінематографу на світогляд та свідомість громадян у суспільстві; розглянути сучасну мовну ситуацію в Україні та її відображення в національному кіномистецтві; висвітлити значення мови в українських кінофільмах; проаналізувати характерні риси мовлення дійових осіб телесеріалу "Спіймати Кайдаша" та кінофільму "Стоп-Земля"; дослідити функційне навантаження виявлених мовних засобів. Використано такі методи дослідження, як описовий, метод порівняння, метод контекстного аналізу, метод систематизації та класифікації матеріалу. Проведений аналіз засвідчив, що для наближення художньої дійсності до реальної творці фільмів використовують такі елементи живого розмовного мовлення, як сленгізми, жаргонізми, діалектизми, обсценізми тощо. З’ясовано, що в телесеріалі "Спіймати Кайдаша" правдиво відтворено сільське життя і, зокрема, його мовні аспекти. Наведено приклади, що засвідчують наявність таких рис мовної ситуації в Україні, як білінгвізм, суржик, показано вплив родини на мовлення персонажів. У фільмі "Стоп-Земля" зображено постколоніальну українську молодь, у якої переважає літературне українське мовлення, відсутній суржик, але трапляються поодинокі випадки вживання росіянізмів та кальок з російської, що є наслідком білінгвізму в Україні. Доведено, що мовлення персонажів засвідчує психологічний, соціальний та культурний рівень героїв, передає реальну мовну ситуацію, слугує засобом характеристики соціальних процесів та суспільних подій, а також стилістичним прийомом створення комічного ефекту.uk_UA
