dc.descriptionThe subject of the research is theoretical approaches to the functioning and development of non-banking financial institutions under martial law. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of the war on the results of the financial activities of non-banking institutions based on a systemic approach and to propose a set of measures to stabilize their activities. Method or methodology of research. The article uses methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, a systematic approach, and generalization. Results of the article. The article examines the peculiarities of the functioning of non-banking financial institutions in the conditions of Russia's open aggression against Ukraine. An analysis of the trends in the functioning of the insurance services market during martial law was carried out. The dynamics of indebtedness of members of credit unions and the dynamics of lending by financial companies to borrowers for the period 2019-2022 were studied. The prospects for the development of the market of non-bank financial intermediaries in Ukraine after the end of the war were considered. A SWOT analysis of the activities of non-banking financial institutions in modern conditions was carried out. Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the process of streamlining the regulatory framework that regulates the activities of participants in the financial services market of Ukraine. Conclusions. In the conditions of martial law and the need to develop the country after the victory, transactions in the financial services market in general and in the segment of non-banking financial institutions are of particular importance. In Ukraine, there is considerable potential for the development of this subsystem of market relations. Currently, the question of the functioning of the market of non-banking institutions, their full legal and institutional support is open and relevant, but it has certain inhibitions, which are caused by an objective factor – the war in the country.en_US
dc.description.abstractПредметом дослідження є теоретичні підходи щодо функціонування та розвитку небанківських фінансових інститутів в умовах воєнного стану. Мета статті – на основі системного підходу проаналізувати вплив війни на результати фінансової діяльності небанківських установ та запропонувати комплекс заходів щодо стабілізації їхньої діяльності. Метод або методологія проведення дослідження. У статті застосовано методи наукової абстракції, аналізу та синтезу, системний підхід, узагальнення. Результати статті. У статті розглянуто особливості функціонування небанківських фінансових установ в умовах відкритої агресії росії проти України. Здійснено аналіз тенденцій функціонування ринку страхових послуг під час воєнного стану. Досліджено динаміку заборгованості членів кредитних спілок та динаміку кредитування фінансовими компаніями позичальників за період 2019-2022 рр. Розглянуто перспективи розвитку ринку небанківських фінансових посередників в Україні після закінчення війни. Проведено SWOT-аналіз діяльності небанківських фінансових установ в сучасних умовах. Галузь застосування результатів. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в процесі упорядкування нормативно-правової бази, що регламентує діяльність учасників ринку фінансових послуг України. Висновки. В умовах воєнного стану та необхідності розбудови країни після перемоги особливого значення набувають операції на ринку фінансових послуг загалом та на сегменті небанківських фінансових установ. В Україні вбачається значний потенціал щодо розвитку цієї підсистеми ринкових відносин. Наразі питання щодо функціонування ринку небанківських установ, повного їх правового та інституційного забезпечення є відкритим й актуальним, але має певні гальмування, які зумовлені об’єктивним чинником – війною в країні.uk_UA
