dc.description.abstractCarbon nanomaterials exhibit catalytic activity in hydrogenation reactions with molecular hydrogen, which was shown on the example of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons. It was established that a necessary condition for the manifestation of catalytic activity is a high degree of crystallinity and a low oxygen content in the structure of carbon nanomaterial. Considering these characteristics and considering the high degree of crystallinity and the developed surface, reduced graphene oxide (rGO) is of interest as a catalyst for hydrogenation reactions. At the same time, the influence of factors such as the size of the graphene plane, the number of layers, defectivity, and the influence of the carrier structural characteristics for the deposited rGO on the catalytic activity of the rGO remains undetermined. Thus, this work is devoted to establishing the catalytic properties of applied rGO on aluminum oxide and the influence of different size fractions of the carrier on the catalytic activity of nanocomposites.en_US
