Abstract
У статті аналізуються сучасні підходи до інтерпретації терміна "праворозуміння", обґрунтовується некоректність його зведення до наукової категорії, розкриваються поняття типології праворозуміння, її критерії, дається коротка характеристика типів, а також рівнів праворозуміння — буденно-емпіричного, професійно-практичного, науково-теоретичного, філософського.

In the article the contemporary approaches to the interpretation of the term "understanding of law" are analyzed, the Author grounds the non&correctness of its reduction to scientific category, defines the concepts of typology of the understanding of law, its criteria, provides the brief characteristics of the types, as well as levels of the understanding of law — everyday-empirical, professional-practical, academic-theoretical, philosophical.
