Abstract
У статті вперше здійснено критичний аналіз історіософських поглядів представників київської академічної філософії поч. ХХ ст., з метою висвітлення способу рецепції російських ідеологічно забарвлених
наративів, зокрема, концепції протиставлення Заходу і Росії та ідеї месіанського призначення Росії. Виявлено та реконструйовано характерні особливості витлумачення київськими академістами ідеї антитези західно-європейської та російської культур, висвітлено історико-культурний ті суспільно-політичний контексти виникнення та поширення цієї ідеї. З’ясовано вплив слов’янофільської теорії на формування проаналізованих наративів. Продемонстровано неоднозначність та поліваріативність сприйняття в київському інтелектуальному просторі антитези "Захід – Росія" та теорії російського месіанізму. Визначено, що попри відмінність в інтерпретації, проаналізовані концепції мають спільну характерну рису – осмислення протистояння двох типів культурного розвитку за релігійно-національними ознаками. Водночас виокремлено та проаналізовано неординарний для тодішнього академічного середовища критично-полемічний розгляд російських наративів, представлений у творчості професора КДА П. Кудрявцева. У статті показано, що в київському
академічній думці виникає опозиційна до загальнопоширеної в російському суспільстві критична візія ідей месіанізму російського народу, протиставлення російського цивілізаційного шляху західноєвропейському. Доведено, що П. Кудрявцев чи не єдиний серед
академічних професурів виступив із критикою намагання російської держави використати релігію в якості виправдання власного мілітаризму та експансії.
Description
The article is the first critical analysis of the historiosophical views of representatives of Kyiv academic philosophy at the beginning of the 20th century, with the aim of highlighting the way in which the academic professors perceived Russian ideologically coloured narratives, in particular, the concept of opposition between the West and Russia and the idea of Russia’s messianic destiny. The author reveals and reconstructs the characteristic features of Kyiv academics’ interpretation of the idea of the antithesis of Western European and Russian cultures, and highlights the historical, cultural and socio-political contexts of the emergence and spread of this idea. The influence of the Slavophile theory on the formation of the analysed narratives is revealed. The author demonstrates the ambiguity and variability of perception of the "West – Russia" antithesis and the theory of Russian messianism in the Kyiv intellectual space. It is determined that, despite the difference in interpretation, the analysed concepts have a common characteristic feature – the understanding of the confrontation between two types of cultural development on religious and national grounds. At the same time, the author singles out and analyses an extraordinary for the academic environment of the time critical and polemical consideration of Russian narratives, represented in the work of Professor P. Kudryavtsev. The article shows that a critical vision of the ideas of messianism emerges in Kyiv academic thought in opposition to the widespread in Russian society. The article shows that in Kyiv academic thought, a critical vision of the ideas of the messianism of the Russian people, contradictive the Russian civilisational path to the Western European one, is emerging in opposition to the one widespread in Russian society. It is proved that P. Kudryavtsev was almost the only one among the academic professors who criticised the attempts of the Russian state to use religion as a justification for its own militarism and expansion.
