Abstract
Повномасштабна вiйна Росiї проти України свiдчить, що сила слова не поступається мiццю традицiйнiй зброї. Росiйськi фейки про бойових гусей та вирощених у бiолабораторiях США в Українi комарiв, нацистський режим Києва, втому вiд України Заходу та низка подiбних пропагандистських нiсенiтниць знаходять велику кiлькiсть своїх прихильникiв не лише серед росiян, але й по всьому свiту. Статтю присвячено виявленню шляхiв подолання руйнiвного впливу фейку на людську свiдомiсть. Незважаючи на глобальне вживання слова "фейк", воно є недостатньо академiчно визнаним. Фiлософське осмислення фейку уможливлює його концептуалiзацiю з метою аналiзу резистентних механiзмiв проти руйнiвної дiї фейку. Постмодернiзм та сучасний постколонiалiзм створюють живильний ґрунт для посилення останньої, ставлячи пiд сумнiв унiверсальнi модернi цiнностi розуму, iстини та прогресу. На вiдмiну вiд авторитаризму демократiя в умовах цифрової доби виявляє бiльшу вразливiсть до фейку. Вiдновлення модерних цiнностей стає ключовим завданням нового просвiтництва зi збереження демократiї та протидiї авторитаризму.

Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine shows that the power of words is not inferior to the power of traditional weapons. Russian fakes about fighting geese and mosquitoes grown in US biolaboratories in Ukraine, the Nazi regime in Kyiv, the West’s fatigue with Ukraine, and several similar propaganda nonsense find a large number of their supporters not only among Russians, but also around the world. The article is devoted to identifying ways to overcome the destructive impact of fakes on human consciousness. Despite the global use of the word "fake", it is not sufficiently academically recognised. Philosophical understanding of fakes makes it possible to conceptualise them to analyse resistant mechanisms against the destructive effect of fakes. Postmodernism and contemporary radical postcolonialism create fertile ground for the latter to be strengthened, questioning the universal modern values of reason, truth, and progress. Unlike authoritarianism, democracy in the digital age is more vulnerable to fakery. Restoring modern values becomes a key task of the new enlightenment to preserve democracy and counteract authoritarianism.
