Abstracts of the report of the participant of the 31st EAA Annual Meeting (2-6 September 2025, Belgrade Virtual). This study examines the origin and anthropological composition of Mesolithic and Neolithic populations in the Northern Black Sea region, utilizing large-scale ancient DNA analysis alongside archaeological data. The findings reveal a unique genetic continuity in the Middle and Lower Dnieper Basin spanning 4,000 years, distinguishing this region from much of prehistoric Europe.en_US
