dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена уточненню методологічного інструментарію проведення дослідження взаємозв’язку логіки та риторики. Запропонована екстраполяція тлумачення логіки в широкому сенсі як методології та ідей мереології й герменевтичної логіки з царини вітчизняних досліджень юридичної аргументації на проблему взаємозв’язку логіки та риторики. У результаті встановлено, що методологічним інструментарієм дослідження цього взаємозв’язку є мереологічний аналіз та аналітичний і сутнісний види мереологічних визначень. Виділено аргументативну та освітянську складові взаємозв’язку логіки та риторики як визначальні й змістовні, що асимілюють у собі наукознавчий аспект та аспекти обґрунтування й переконання.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe paper deals with the refinement of methodological tools for conducting research on the relationship between logic and rhetoric. An extrapolation of the interpretation of logic in the broad sense as a methodology and ideas of the mereology and hermeneutical logic from the realm of domestic research of legal argumentation on the problem of the interconnection of logic and rhetoric is proposed. As a result, it was established that the methodological tools of the study of this relationship are mereological analysis and analytical and essential types of mereological defi nitions. The argumentative and educational components of the interrelation of logic and rhetoric as determinative and informative are highlighted, which assimilate the aspects of science studies, justifi cation and persuasion.en_US
