dc.descriptionAnalysis of the order of Ukrainian constitutional changes gives reasons to conclude that for today constitutional reform does not have clear and legitimate definite procedure of changing the Constitution of Ukraine. It does not correspond with constitutional principles and with general principles of Law. The procedure, like this one, make the effectivelly protection of Ukrainian Constitution impossible.en
dc.description.abstractАналіз порядку внесення змін до Конституції України дає підстави зробити висновок про те, що на сьогодні практика не виробила чіткої та законодавчо визначеної процедури зміни Основного закону. Крім того, порядок зміни Конституції в його наявному вигляді не відповідає принципам встановленим як самою Конституцією так і, взагалі, загальновизнаним принципам права. Така процедура унеможливлює забезпечення ефективного захисту Конституції та потребує вдосконалення.uk
