Abstract
У статті розкривається зміст поняття верховенства права через призму його основних вимог, що, на думку автора, є найбільш продуктивним для розуміння верховенства права. Аналізується стан та перспективи дотримання цих вимог у діяльності законодавчої, виконавчої та судової влади. Особлива увага приділяється принципу верховенства Конституції в утвердженні верховенства права в Україні.
Description
The article is devoted to the analysis of the content of the concept of the Rule of Law through the prism of its fundamental requirements that, on the author’s opinion, are the most productive for the understanding of the Rule of Law; the author analyses the state and the perspectives of adherence to these requirements in the functioning of the legislative, executive and judicial branches of power. Specific attention is paid to the principle of the supremacy of the Constitution in the implementation of the Rule of Law principle in Ukraine.
