dc.descriptionThe article thematizes the war as a threat to the value-normative order of modern society, shows the destructive consequences of Russian aggression against Ukraine in the sphere of moral and ethical values. In view of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the crisis of moral and ethical values the text updates the universalistic ethics of responsibility, shows its genesis and modern manifestations, the necessity and urgent need for its application in the modern world of war and crisis. Revealing the dialectic of communicative and strategic actions, the author also clarifies the concept of responsibility: to act responsibly also means to act strategically and rationally, to be aware of the limits of negotiations. Accordingly, the limits of discourse ethics as a component of the communicative paradigm are shown. Based on the primacy of morality over ethos, the author explores the problems of the relationship between ethos and morality, particularism and universalism, progressivism and traditionalism. The work also examines the issue of moral regression of Russian society to the customs and traditions of the ethos instilled by the lifeworld of local culture; the apparent, eclectic nature of the moral attributes of Russian society, its ideological essence, aimed at preserving the power of the ruling elite, is revealed.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті тематизовано війну як загрозу ціннісно-нормативному порядку сучасного суспільства, показано руйнівні наслідки російської агресії проти України у сфері морально-етичних належностей. З огляду на російсько-українську війну та кризу морально-етичних цінностей у тексті актуалізовано універсалістичну етику відповідальності, показано її генезу і сучасні прояви, необхідність і нагальну потребу в її застосуванні саме в сучасному світі війни та кризи. Розкриваючи діалектику комунікативної та стратегічної дій, автор уточнює й концепт відповідальності: чинити відповідально означає ще й діяти стратегічно-раціонально, усвідомлювати межі перемовин. Відповідно показано межі етики дискурсу як складника комунікативної парадигми. Спираючись на примат моралі щодо етосу, автор досліджує проблематику співвідношень етосу та моралі, партикуляризму та універсалізму, прогресизму та традиціоналізму. Розглянуто також питання моральної регресії російського суспільства до звичаїв і традицій етосу, засадниченого життєсвітом локальної культури; розкрито позірний, еклектичний характер моральних належностей російського суспільства, його ідеологічні настанови, спрямовані на збереження влади панівної верхівки.uk_UA
