dc.description.abstractВ умовах значних змін в характері ведення війн сучасності, перед державами світу постає гостре питання реформування армії відповідно до нових загроз та викликів в оборонній сфері. Одним із процесів змін має стати успішна повна інтеграція жінок у вирішення військових конфліктів, оскільки вони мають потенціал для виконання бойових завдань у військових операціях. Досвід участі жінок в вирішенні військових конфліктів в Іраку, Афганістані та Україні показав необхідність залучення жінок з метою підвищення боєздатності армії та встановлення гендерної рівності у військовому середовищі. У першому розділі визначено категоріальний апарат дослідження та особливості військових конфліктів сучасності та виокремлено причини необхідності участі жінок-військовослужбовців у вирішенні військових конфліктів у загальному контексті та зі специфікою миротворчих війн. У другому розділі описано п’ять етапів інтеграційного процесу американських жінок у військову службу та їх роль у військових операціях в Іраку та Афганістані. У третьому розділі розкрито питання державного регулювання статусу жінок-військовослужбовиць в ЗСУ та встановлено відповідність між практичним досвідом участі жінок у російсько-українській війні (на базі емпіричних даних) з причинами необхідності їх інтеграції. Досвід участі жінок у бойових діях на Сході України показав необхідність подальшого реформування державної політики щодо військовослужбовиць.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractBecause of significant changes in the nature of modern wars, the countries must face with reforming the army in accordance with new threats and challenges in the defense sphere. One of the processes of change must be the successful full integration of women in the resolution of military conflicts. The experience of women's participation in resolving military conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan and Ukraine has shown the need to involve women in order to increase the army's combat effectiveness and establish gender equality in the military environment. The first section identifies the categorical apparatus of research and features of modern military conflicts and identifies the reasons why the participation of servicewomen in resolving military conflicts is important. The second section describes five stages of the integration of American women into the military and their role in military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. The third section reveals the issue of state regulation of the status of women servicemen in the Armed Forces and establishes the compliance between the practical experience of women's participation in the Russian-Ukrainian war (based on empirical data) with the reasons for their integration. The experience of women's participation in war in eastern Ukraine has shown the need for further reform of state policy on military personnel.en_US
