dc.descriptionThe article is dedicated to the study of the current state and recent trends in the development of the consulting services market, with an emphasis on the analysis of the main indicators in Europe and Ukraine and their differences. The main interpretations of the concept of consulting are presented and their features are described according to the definitions of individual scientists through the selection of key features, such as expertise, independence, analytics, and consistency in the practical application of recommendations. This makes it possible to characterize the concept of consulting clearly and comprehensively. A comparative analysis of definitions was carried out, their features were summarized, and a general conclusion was formed about the key role of consulting as a type of activity. In the analytical part of the article, the main focus is devoted to the analysis of the volumes of services provided by various types of consulting, such as strategic, financial, operational consulting, personnel management and production activities. The publication also examines the dynamics of changes in the indicators of turnover in consulting companies, which allows tracking the impact of socio-economic and political events on the development of the industry. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of the main customers of consulting services, including financial companies, enterprises of the energy and utility sectors, state institutions, manufacturing and telecommunications enterprises. The article demonstrates changes in the structure of demand for consulting services, highlights the factors contributing to the growth and transformation of the market, and also identifies the challenges consulting companies face, in the conditions of rapid digitalization and global competition. In addition, a comparison of market indicators in Europe and Ukraine is made, analysing key trends in each region, and forecasting further directions of industry development. The results are shown for the study of the issues domestic companies have faced since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as well as the peculiarities in provision of the consulting services.en_US
dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану і останніх тенденцій розвитку ринку консалтингових послуг з акцентом на аналіз ключових показників у Європі та Україні. Наведені основні трактування поняття консалтинг науковцями та описані їх особливості. Основна увага аналітичної частини статті приділяється аналізу обсягів наданих послуг за різними видами консалтингу, в публікації також розглядається динаміка змін показників товарообігу консалтингових компаній, що показує вплив соціально-економічних і політичних подій на розвиток галузі. Проаналізовані основні замовники консалтингових послуг, серед яких фінансові компанії, підприємства енергетики та комунального сектору, державні установи, виробничі та телекомунікаційні підприємства. У статті проаналізовано зміни в структурі попиту на консалтингові послуги та чинники, що сприяють зростанню і трансформації ринку. Виконано порівняння ринкових показників у Європі та Україні, основних трендів в кожному регіоні та спрогнозовані подальші напрями розвитку індустрії.uk_UA
