dc.description.abstractВ статье, базируясь на междисциплинарном подходе (западный студийный опыт, украинская протестантская богословская парадигма, религиоведческие наработки), исследуются институциональные проявления харизматического движения в Украине в их процессуальной перспективе. Учитывая существующие различия в понимании вероучительных принципов, осуществлении религиозной культовой практики, как следствие – формирование отличительных характеристик в организационной структуре различных харизматичских церквей, в статье рассматривается институализация церквей, типологически относящихся к "апостольскому движению" (на примере церкви "Новое поколение"). Анализируются причины достаточно эффективного организационно-управленческого аппарата, созданного Церковью из числа священнослужителей. Форма управления определяется как епископальная, где абсолютная власть принадлежит епископу. Рассмотрено стремление к гендерному равенству, влияющему на формирование управленческого аппарата церкви. Констатируется практика ординации женщин в харизматической Церкви "Новое поколение", базируемая на учении о святости каждого члена общества. Определены риски, связанные с епископальной формой управления, заключающиеся в том, что личность пастора имеет способность влиять на теологическую и институциональную трансформацию церкви. При авторитаризме пастора возможно использование методов управления, идущих вразрез с созданной им ранее теологической концепцией. Прогнозируется возникновение новых видов практической деятельности харизматических церквей, закрепление их в доктринальных положениях и принципах руководства, что рассматривается как предпосылка дальнейшего формирования социальной доктрины украинских харизма- тических церквей.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article, based on an interdisciplinary approach (Western Studio experience, Ukrainian Protestant theological paradigm, religious studies), examines the institutional manifestations of the charismatic movement in Ukraine in their procedural perspective. Taking into account the existing differences in the understanding of doctrinal principles, the implementation of religious cult practice, and as a result – the formation of distinctive characteristics in the organizational structure of various charismatic churches, the article considers the institutionalization of churches typologically related to the "Apostolic movement" (on the example of the "New generation"Church). The article analyzes the reasonsfor a sufficiently effective organizational and managerial apparatus created by the Church from among the clergy. The form of government is defined as Episcopal, where absolute power belongs to the Bishop. The article considers the desire for gender equality, which affects the formation of the Church's administrative apparatus. The author States the practice of ordination of women in the charismatic Church "New generation", based on the doctrine of the sanctity of each member of society. The risks associated with the Episcopal form of government are identified, namely, that the pastor's personality has the ability to influence the theological and institutional transformation of the Church. With the authoritarianism of the pastor, it is possible to use management methods that go against the previously created theological concept. The author predictsthe emergence of new types of practical activities of charismatic churches, their consolidation in the doctrinal provisions and principles of leadership, which is considered as a prerequisite for the further formation of the social doctrine of Ukrainian charismatic churches.en
