dc.description.abstractАвтореферат дисертації на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата політичних наук за спеціальністю 23.00.01 – теорія та історія політичної науки. Національний педагогічний університет ім. М.П. Драгоманова, Київ, 2007. У дисертаційному дослідженні здійснено аналіз формування соціальної політики як галузі державної політики та підходів до типологізації соціальній політики у сучасній політичний науці. Проведено історико-порівняльний аналіз державної соціальної політики низки економічно розвинутих країн (Великобританія, Німеччина, Швеція, США, Бразилія, Японія, Нова Зеландія), які належать до ліберальних, корпоративістських і соціал-демократичних моделей. Виявлено спільні тенденції змін, зокрема, посилення орієнтації на роботу в громаді, впровадження ринкових відносин у соціальне страхування, зменшення ролі профспілок у регулюванні питань ринку праці, зростанні державної підтримки системи освіти та професійного навчання й перенавчання. Разом із тим обґрунтовано, що моделі соціальної політики зберігають значну частину властивих їм історичних рис, інструментів розв’язання соціальних проблем та джерел фінансування соціальних програм.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThesis abstract for obtaining the scientific degree of Candidate in Political Sciences at the specialty 23.00.01 –Theory and History of Political Science. M.P. Dragomanov’s National Pedagogic University, Kyiv, 2007. The thesis research was aimed at analysis of the establishment of social policy as a part of public policy and classifications of social policy in modern political science. Social policy of such countries as United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, United States of America, Brazil, Japan, New Zealand that represent liberal, corporative and social-democratic models was examined during the study. Among the main trends that were determined by study are: introducing the community approach to the social services’ provision; involving of non-governmental and private organizations to the social services’ provision; implementing market approach to social insurance programs; introducing private pension schemes; strengthening of means-tested approach to welfare programs that substitute the solidaristic one; diminishing the trade unions’ role in the labor regulation issues; increasing investments into education and turning the nature of labor to ‘knowledge-based’ and flexible. At the same time the industrialized countries preserve main features of the national models of welfare, social policy tools and sources for social policy financing.en_US
