Description
The entrepreneurial law plays a significant role in Ukraine's transition to the market economy. It is of necessity to generate new ideas and design new technologies and methodologies allowing to Leach entrepreneurial law adapted to meet the i Ukrainian business demands. One of the ways to improve the teaching of entrepreneurial law is to develop traininc programmes and courses on the subject. Training programmes and courses must be more oriented on enhancing such students' skills and abilities as, for example, the skills to observe, to identify a problem, to work out and evaluate possible ways of solving a problem, to make decisions, to motivate and communicate. The programmes and courses should be
drawn up not only taking into account universally adopted patterns but, before all, proceeding from the existing demand for graduates. It is needed to make more use of those situational cases, computer programmes and simulations, business role-plays which illustrate how the entrepreneurial law is implemented in Ukraine in reality. What we need is innovations and wish to introduce these. The programmes and courses on entrepreneurial law must be reviewed every 3—5 years at the teaching stall's initiative. It is woith that the programme on entrepreneurial law include special training workshops whose purpose will be to develop in students the necessary skills and abilities (to speak in public, run negotiations handle matters, etc.). The wnole teaching programme should be structured so as to help students enhance their skills and abilities as well as comprise a good number of situational
exercises and problems, business role-plays, computer simulations, personal and joint projects. The major techniques in teaching entrepreneurial law may be as follows; practical use of new knowledge and skills (designing projects, making decisions, drawing up documents, etc.); organization ot team work; practical study of materials; group discussion; demonstration of efficient actions and methods; persona! and group exercises. The basic ways to improve the Entrepreneurial Law Course are: to review and improve the teaching plan; to go on developing the course; to make better teaching methods; to support research activities; to use the up-to-date information technologies.
