dc.description.abstractУ статті детально досліджується "Пісня Київська", що є важливим джерелом для з’ясування обставин розвитку культу Києво-Братської Богородиці на його ранньому етапі. Цей текст зберігся у складі двох уніатських пісенників з теренів Галичини першої половини XVIII ст. У джерелознавчому коментарі автора обґрунтовано припущення, що пам’ятка з’явилася у стінах Києво-Братського монастиря протягом 1690-х рр. з нагоди завершення будівництва Богоявленського собору. Основна програмова мета тексту – уславлення чудотворної ікони та Братської обителі зі школою на тлі інших уславлених святинь тогочасного Києва. Той факт, що текст "Пісні Київської" зберігся у складі уніатських пісенників засвідчує популярність культу Києво-Братської Богородиці далеко за межами Києва, а також ефективність зусиль могилянської корпорації у творенні та поширенні "реклами" своєї святині.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article explores the "Kyivan Song" ("Pisnia Kyivska"), which appears to be an important source for clarifying the circumstances of the earliest period of the cult of the Kyiv-Brotherhood Virgin Mary. This text is preserved as a part of the two Uniate songbooks of the first half of the 18th century from Galicia. The author justifies his hypothesis that this source was created in the Kyiv-Brotherhood Monastery over the decade of the 1690-s on the occasion of completing the Epiphany Cathedral. The major objective of the text is to glorify the miraculous icon of the Kyiv- Brotherhood Virgin Mary and the Kyiv-Brotherhood Monastery together with its school in the context of the other Kyivan relics of that time. The very fact of preserving the text in the Uniate songbooks demonstrates that the cult of the Kyiv-Brotherhood Virgin Mary was popular far beyond Kyiv and that Kyivan intellectuals were efficient in their efforts to popularize its sacred objects.en_US
