Description
The article comments briefly on the possibility to complement the training of future Ukrainian lawyers with the so-called nontraditional methods — "round tables", colloquia, business roleplays, interviews, etc. The author cites the examples of using these for quite a long time at the Law Faculty of the Zaporizhzhya State University, particularly in teaching procedure and applied topics: civil, criminal, commercial and administrative laws, and criminalistics. She analyzes both positive and negative aspects of the above methods focusing on the expediency to organically combine the basic theoretical and fundamental practical background, on an urgent need to involve in the schooling process the leading legal practitioners in order to exchange experience and impart practical skills as well as on the importance of holding "visiting" seminars and workshops at the law enforcement and legal institutions.
