dc.description.abstractЗдобуття Україною незалежності спонукало її до активності в усіх сферах суспільного життя. Зросла міграція населення, збільшилась кількість зовнішньоекономічних договорів (контрактів), набули нових перспектив зв 'язки суб'єктів господарювання, але нормативно-правова база України залишається недостатньо стабільною та чіткою у регламентації відносин з «іноземним елементом». Договірні відносини України із зарубіжними державами потребують аналізу та детального з'ясування. З урахуванням вимог чинного законодавства України в статті узагальнено умови, дотримання яких призведе до уникнення непорозумінь у процесі митного оформлення промислової сировини в режимі експорту.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe gained independence of Ukraine prompted the country's active actions in all spheres of social life. Though the population migration, quantity of concluded foreign economic contracts increased and relations between subjects of business activities became more promising, the laws of Ukraine are still not enough stable and detailed in regulating relations with foreign element. The contractual relations of Ukraine with other countries need further analysis and detailed examination. Based on the actual laws of Ukraine, we summarized the necessary pre-conditions for avoiding the misunderstandings in the process of customs clearance of industrial raw material in the export regime.en
