dc.descriptionIn the scientific article examines the key issues of harmonization of legislation of Ukraine and the EU on the rights of persons with disabilities. The attention that tne EU is developing a system of quality standards for'the rights of people with disabilities. Emphasized that a key place in the European standards on the rights of persons with disabilities occupy the European Social Charter and the Convention on the Rights of the disabled. Noted the importance of the Association Agreement Ukraine and the EU as a factor in ensuring the harmonization of legislation of Ukraine and the EU. The conclusions and suggestions.en
dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджуються ключові проблеми гармонізації законодавства України та Європейського Союзу із питань прав осіб з інвалідністю. Акцентується увага на тому, що ЄС розвиває систему якісних стандартів із питань прав людей з інвалідністю. Наголошено, що ключове місце у системі європейських стандартів із питань прав осіб з інвалідністю посідають Європейська соціальна хартія та Конвенція Організації Об'єднаних Націй про права інвалідів. Відзначено важливість Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС як чинника забезпечення гармонізації законодавства України та ЄС. Зроблено висновки та пропозиції.uk
