dc.descriptionThe essence and meaning of the principle about the noninterference in private and family life of the citizens during the conduction of the search of dwelling or other private ownership of a person are overviewed as well as some statements that concern the procedure of the conduction of this investigative action are analyzed in the article. Attention is paid to some unregulated statements in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of 2012 which need to be regulated.en
