dc.descriptionThe article is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems ofdiachronic analysis of law terminology which is very important for lexical, semantic, historical and culture interpretation of terms and terminological phrases in lexicographical literature, for reconstruction of system of law terms on the base of texts of ancient Ukrainian-language written sources, for learning ways and sources of its formation. The most important problems amongst these are difficulties of detection and interpreting of non-terminological functions ofwprd in text, particularly in phraseological constructions, differentiation of polysemy and homonymy in historical dictionaries.en
dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено теоретичним і прикладним проблемам діахронічного вивчення правничої термінології, важливим для лексико-семантичної та історико-культурологічної інтерпретації термінів і термінологічних сполук у лексикографічній літературі, для реконструкції терміносистеми права на матеріалі текстів давніх писемних пам 'яток української мови, а також: для пізнання шляхів і джерел її формування. Серед них - труднощі виявлення і тлумачення термінологічних значень слів, розмежування термінологічних і нетермінологічних функцій слова в тексті, зокрема у фразеологічних конструкціях, диференціації явищ полісемії та омонімії в історичних словниках.uk
