The writer gives definite attention to the characteristic of possible routes advancing of a system of political education. In the article the thought about necessity of formation of a new generation of political superstrain is underlined, which one will possess a definite level of knowledge capable will perceive values of the open company and will acquire indispensable knowledge "of social engineering".en_US
