dc.description.abstractThe system analysis of the current conditions on the Labor Market in Ukraine shows the links between the main macroeconomic and other indicators, which characterize the state of the labor market. During the research, we developed the simulation model of demand and supply formation on the labor market in Ukraine. The scenario analysis, which was conducted on the basis of the model, showed the potential development prospects of the labor market development by different initial conditions and assumptions, and its impact on macroeconomic stabilization.en_US
dc.description.abstractПроведено дослідження сучасного стану ринку праці України з позиції системного аналізу, визначено взаємозв’язки між основними макроекономічними показниками та показниками, що характеризують стан ринку праці. За допомогою імітаційного моделювання розроблено модель механізму формування попиту та пропозиції робочої сили в Україні, проведено сценарний аналіз можливих перспектив розвитку ринку праці України за різних початкових умов та припущень, а також його впливу на макроекономічну стабілізацію.uk_UA
