dc.descriptionThe article deals with the results of the research of the expectations as to the material and nonmaterial support given by the country to potential foster parents, who are getting involved into the system of foster care, and their need of information about concept and conditions of foster care. The article also describes the situation in the sphere of care about orphan children in Ukraine and defines the possible way for the solution of the problems which appeared in the work of institutional homes for children, this way is realization of foster care. The following research defines the conditions under which foster care for orphan children and children whose parents are deprived from their parental rights may be put to practice.en
dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються результати дослідоісення проблеми матеріальної та нематеріальної підтримки державою потенційних прийомних батьків, які включаються в систему тимчасової прийомної опіки, їх потреби в інформації про концепцію та умови здійснення прийомної опіки. Окреслюється ситуація у сфері опіки над дітьми-сиротами в Україні та визначається мооїсливий шлях вирішення проблем, які назріли в роботі інтернат них закладів, - впровадження тимчасової прийомної опіки. Запропоноване дослідження визначає умови реалізації даного виду опіки над дітьми-сиротами та дітьми, які позбавлені батьківської опіки.uk
