dc.descriptionThe purpose of the article is to reveal the staff structure of the DPU-NKVS bodies in the Vinnytsia region in 1932-1938. In order to achieve the established goal, the organizational and structural changes of the state security bodies in the specified period were analyzed. On the basis of orders on the personnel of the NKVS of the USSR and the NKVS of the Ukrainian SSR; personal files, chekists’ service cards and party documents, scientific articles, the author compiled a list of the heads of the Vinnytsia regional department of the DPU (at the level of heads and deputy heads of the regional department; heads and assistant heads of departments) and the NKVS Administration in the Vinnytsia region (at the level of heads, deputy heads and assistants); heads, deputy heads and assistant heads of departments of the State Security Department (SSD) of the UNKVS). The names of 62 chekists who held relevant positions were established and their brief biographical notes were given. On the basis of the this information it was established that top managing staff were characterized by heterogeneous social status, low educational level, and non-Ukrainian origin.en_US
dc.description.abstractМета статті – розкрити штатну структуру органів ДПУ-НКВС у Вінницькій області в 1932-1938 роках. Для розв’язання поставленого завдання були проаналізовані організаційно-структурні зміни органів держбезпеки у зазначений період. На основі наказів по особовому складу НКВС СРСР і НКВС УРСР, особових справ, службових карток і персональних партійних документів чекістів, наукових статей був складений список керівників Вінницького обласного відділу ДПУ (на рівні начальників і заступників начальників облвідділу; начальників і помічників начальників відділів) та Управлінні НКВС по Вінницькій області (на рівні начальників, заступників начальника і помічників начальника) УНКВС; начальників, заступників начальника і помічників начальника відділів Управління державної безпеки (УДБ) УНКВС). Були встановлені прізвища 62 чекістів, які обіймали відповідні посади, наведено їхні стислі біографічні довідки, на підставі яких було встановлено, що керівним співробітникам був притаманний неоднорідний соціальний стан, низький освітній рівень неукраїнське походження.uk_UA
