dc.descriptionJudicial speeches, which were delivered in Ukrainian language even under oppressive regime and prohibition, have not received enough scholarly attention until recently and their use in the training of students is limited. The author shows that a great deal of speeches in the court delivered in Ukrainian language in the twentieth century meet the highest standards of classical judicial rhetoric. The article stresses the importance of innovative processes taking place in the Ukrainian language and the care about high level of the language culture for the lawyer's forensic practice.en
dc.description.abstractСудові промови, які навіть в умовах утисків і заборон українські правники виголошували рідною мовою, поки що мало вивчені, їх майже не використовують у навчальному процесі, даючи переважно переклади з інших мов. Автор показує, що чимало українських судових промов минулого століття відповідають найкращим зразкам класичної судової риторики. У статті підкреслено, що сьогодні важливо враховувати інноваційні процеси, властиві розвитку української літературної мови, дбати про високий рівень культури мовлення правника.uk
