У дослідженні розглядається роль зоологічних образів у текстах Св. Симеона Нового Богослова,
а також їхні походження, коннотативне навантаження та їхній зв'язок із різними
наративами візантійської релігійної літератури.
Description:
The research deals with the role of zoological metaphorical imagery in Byzantine religious literature
of the 10th to 12th centuries, involving the connotative background of this imagery, its genesis and its
connection with the certain types of narratives.
