Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняття принципів Конституції, їх особливостей, ролі
й значення в механізмі правового регулювання, місця в національній правовій системі, співвідношення з принципами права і принципами галузі конституційного права.
Description
The article is dedicated to the investigation of the notion of principles of the constitution, their peculiarities,
a role and importance in the mechanism of legal regulation, a place in the national legal system,
correlation with principles of law and principles of the branch of constitutional law. The comparativelegal
analysis of some principles of the Constitution of Ukraine and appropriate principles of constitutions
of other states is given. It is touched upon a question of definition of principles of the Constitution of
Ukraine, their criteria, distinctive marks, elements, official substance of some principles is revealed.
Authors classification of principles of the Constitution is proposed.
