Abstract
У статті, на основі вивчення джерел і літератури, здійснено аналіз комплексу проблем, пов'язаних із формуванням української еміграції Австралії наприкінці XIX - на початку XX ст. Автор досліджує її причини і наслідки, соціальний склад переселенців та їхню діяльність на п'ятому континенті.
In this article, on the basis of study of different sources and literature? There has been made the analysis of the complex of problems, connected with the formation of the Ukrainian emigration in Australia at the end of the XIX, the beginning of the XX centuries. The author investigates its reasons and consequences, the social structures and their activity on the fifth continent.
