Abstract:
Здійснено порівняльно-правове дослідження видів звільнення від покарання за кримінальним законодавством держав-учасниць СНД. Висвітлено однакові та специфічні види звільнення від покарання за законодавством цих держав. Визначено перспективні напрями вдосконалення українського кримінального законодавства у цій сфері.

In article a comparative-legal research types of discharge from punishment on the criminal legislation of states-participants of the CIS is conducted. It is shown identical and specifi c types of discharge from punishment on the legislation of these states. Perspective directions of perfection of the Ukrainian criminal legislation in this sphere are revealed.
