Abstract
У навчальному посібнику висвітлюються основи виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємства в умовах розвинутої ринкової
економіки; розглянуто основи операційної, маркетингової, економічної та
фінансової діяльності підприємства у їх щільній взаємодії відповідно до
концепції маркетингового менеджменту. Особливу увагу надано показникам
оцінки економічної ефективності використання окремих виробничих ресурсів
та резервам підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства.
Навчальний посібник орієнтований на студентів економічних
спеціальностей вищих навчальних закладів, зокрема, спеціальностей
"Маркетинг" та "Менеджмент", а також аспірантів і фахівці з маркетингу й
менеджменту, які зможуть у подальшому приймати кваліфіковані рішення у
практичній діяльності у різних сферах діяльності підприємства.
The tutorial “The Economics of Enterprise” prepared by Associate Professors of the Department of Marketing and Business Administration N.V.Romanchenko, T.V.Kozhemyakina, K.V.Pichik. The tutorial is a systematization of educational materials of the discipline The Economics of Enterprise. It helps to deepen the knowledge in the field of economic activity of commercial enterprises according to the modern practices. It is aimed to prepare students majoring in Marketing and Management to receive Bachelor’s degree. In the tutorial, the authors reveal the basics of operational, marketing, economic, and financial activities of an enterprise in the close interaction of these activities according to the concept of marketing management. The purpose of the tutorial is to help students to form modern economic thinking, and to gain the system of special knowledge on the theory and practice of management, forecasting and planning of an enterprise performance. In addition, the tutorial improves the students’ capability of identifying reserves to increase the effectiveness of the enterprise’s activities, in particular, the skills of substantiation of efficiency and potency of decisions in the field of marketing activity. Therefore, considerable attention is paid to the explanation of the peculiarities of the application of modern methods for assessing the efficiency of the enterprise's production and economic activity in general and the efficiency of the use of separate production resources. In the tutorial, the newest methods of planning of production activity of the enterprise are highlighted. The tutorial contains case studies of various levels of complexity, practical tasks and English terms that allow students to learn international standards of financial reporting, in particular, accounting standards. This facilitates mastering the material of other training courses such as Accounting, Finance, Economic analysis in marketing. The tutorial helps both undergraduate students to acquire degree in economic specialties, in particular, in Marketing and Management, and post-graduate students to receive a high-quality basic training on the economy of the enterprise, organization and planning of its activities. This will further facilitate their adoption of skilled solutions in practical activities in different areas of the enterprise.
