Статтю присвячено дослідженню систем оцінювання персоналу підприємств. Досліджено
основні методи, засоби, механізми та алгоритм процесів збору, обробки та ефективність управлінської діяльності. Проаналізовано етапи процесу формування організаційної структури процес
аналізу, планування, прогнозування та оцінки ефективності. Виокремлено та обґрунтовано алгоритм поетапної підготовки до проведення оцінювання, роль корпоративних стратегій серед портфелю стратегій підприємства та методи оцінювання персоналу як невід’ємної частини оцінювання
загальної ефективності управлінської успішності компанії.
The article is devoted to the research of personnel assessment systems of enterprises. The basic
methods, means, mechanisms and algorithm of processes of gathering, processing and management
activity are investigated. The stages of the process of formation of the organizational structure of the
process of analysis, planning, forecasting and evaluation of efficiency are analyzed. The algorithm of
stage-by-stage preparation for evaluation, the role of corporate strategies among the portfolio of enterprise strategies and methods of personnel assessment as an integral part of the overall performance
management performance of the company are identified and substantiated.
In the article was stated the definition of the main aspects of the concept “personnel assessment
system”, сonsidered the principles, procedures and methods of personnel evaluation, defined, the process of forming the toolkit of the assessment system as well the algorithm of phased preparation to the
evaluation, in addition, investigated the connection between the personnel assessment system and the
effectiveness of personnel management in the enterprise.
Authors investigated the typical organizational structure for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
companies, whose mission is to provide the world's population with fast-moving goods such as: household chemicals, food, hygiene products, and more. As a conclusion, an example of the FMCG company
has shown that the effectiveness of management activity primarily depends on the establishment of the
mechanism of operation, the process of communication, division of responsibilities and definition of roles.
