Abstract
The current paper dwells on such significant problem for economic activity of
enterprises as operational efficiency and its importance for the enterprise strategy implementation.
A closer look have been taken at the approaches to the strategy effectiveness assessment, in
particular both strategic and operational efficiency have been singled out. The authors proposed
to apply a system of flexible adaptive triple evaluation of the strategy implementation effectiveness,
which is based on the interconnection between the strategy, the goals an the operational control.
