У статті розглянуто стратегії, тактики та прийоми, які використовує мовна особистість. Дослідження їх є одним з етапів моделювання
дискурс-портрета мовної особистості, що узагальнює дані стосовно
прагматичної, семантичної, сигматичної та синтактичної координат
розгортання дискурсу. На прикладі аналізу есе О. Забужко "Ціна ВінніПуха" продемонстровано процедуру дослідження стратегій, тактик
та прийомів мовленнєвої діяльності. Визначено лінійні та ієрархічні
стратегії, тактики та прийоми на рівні кожної з координат.
Background. The article deals with the ways of creation of pragmatic,
semantic, syntactic coordinates of discourse portrait of language personality.
Language personality is a type of linguistic description of the personality
which contains psychological, social, ethical and cognitive components reflecting in his/her speech. It is a multi-level functional system, which
embraces three levels: speech activity (language competence), conversational
activity (communicative competence), and the knowledge of the world
(thesaurus). This is the unity of abilities of creating and comprehension of
speech products (texts) which differ of degrees and complexity of reflection of
surrounding and certain purposefulness as well.
Purpose. The analysis of O. Zabuzhko’s “The price of Winnie-the-Pooh”
essay demonstrates a new trend of modelling of discourse portrait of language
personality.
Methods. Comprehensive application of categories of basic discourse
analysis in creating discourse portrait is elucidated and illustrated.
Results. The use of peculiarities of verbal behavior of a person who applies
certain means of language is analyzed. That is why language personality is
researched on verbal, cognitive and pragmatic levels. It is complicated
multilayer functional system which unites the level of language competence,
abilities to use the means of providing speech interaction (communicative
competence) and knowledge of the world (thesaurus). This is a unity of
abilities of creating and receiving of texts which differ by the degree and
depths of reflection of reality and certain purpose.
Discussion. Multifaceted research of speech communication as complex
object asks for the necessity in using discourse analysis as contemporary
integrated linguistic method. Discourse analysis develops today within the
measures of psycho-, socio-, political linguistics etc. It is also used in the
bordering social and humanitarian sciences such as philosophy, history,
psychology, literary science, which in general supports the tendency of
integration in modern scientific paradigm.
