Abstract
Статтю присвячено висвітленню внутрішніх і зовнішніх джерел фінансування компанії в умовах неплатоспроможності та антикризового управління.
Автор розглянула внутрішні грошові потоки компанії для фінансування власної підприємницької діяльності в умовах кризи. Виділено та охарактеризовано методи збільшення обсягів вхідних
грошових потоків (надходжень), що охоплюють: а) збільшення виручки від реалізації продукції;
б) реструктуризацію товарно-матеріальних ресурсів, грошових активів, боргів; в) внутрішню
реструктуризацію (реорганізацію) у компанії. Виділено та охарактеризовано методи скорочення
обсягів вихідних грошових потоків (витрат), що передбачають: а) зниження витрат; б) реструктуризацію пасивів (у т. ч. боргів); в) замороження (згортання) інвестицій; г) внутрішню реструктуризацію
(реорганізацію) у компанії.
Також розглянуто шляхи залучення зовнішнього фінансування на антикризовий розвиток компанії, а саме: а) залучення коштів власників підприємства через надання цільових внесків на безповоротній основі, надання позик, збільшення акціонерного капіталу (збільшення кількості акцій чинної
номінальної вартості, збільшення номінальної вартості акцій через індексацію або доплати від
акціонерів, обмін облігацій на акції); б) використання кредитних ресурсів. Висвітлено, що участь
кредиторів у фінансовому оздоровленні підприємства може бути реалізовано у формі мораторію,
реструктуризації наявної заборгованості, списання заборгованості, надання санаційних кредитів.
Охарактеризовано основні механізми та особливості використання таких методик в умовах
антикризового управління, а також зазначено, що кожне підприємство, галузь, країна та регіон
світу шукають у цьому напрямі свої заходи, методи та інноваційні підходи.
The article addresses the coverage of internal and external sources of financing the companies in the conditions of their insolvency and anti-crisis management. This article applies the methods of analysis and synthesis, system and comparative analysis, the method of knowledge of development and interdependence of economic processes. The author considers the internal cash-flows of the company to finance its own business in a crisis. The methods of increase of incoming cash flows (revenues) are described, which include: a) increase of proceeds from sales of products; b) restructuring of inventories, cash assets, and debts; c) internal restructuring (reorganization) in the company. The methods of reduction of output cash flows (expenses) are described, which include: a) reduction of expenses; b) restructuring of liabilities (including debts); c) freezing (collapse) of investments; d) internal restructuring (reorganization) in the company. The author also considers the ways of attracting external financing to the company’s crisis development, including: a) attraction of funds of the owners of the enterprise through the provision of targeted contributions on a non-refundable basis, loans, increase of the share capital (increase in the number of shares of the existing nominal value, increase in the nominal value of shares through indexation or additional payment from shareholders, and exchange of bonds for shares); b) the use of credit resources. It is clarified that the participation of creditors in the financial rehabilitation of the enterprise can be implemented in the form of a moratorium, restructuring of the existing debt, debt write-off, and the provision of sanation loans. The main mechanisms and peculiarities of using such methods in the conditions of crisis management are characterized, as well as the fact that each enterprise, branch, country, and region of the world are looking for measures, methods, and innovative approaches in this direction.
