Abstract
У статті з’ясовано категорійні значення дієслів багатократно-дистрибутивної дії, зумовлені їхньою внутрішньою сутністю як мовних одиниць, до змісту яких входить пропозиційна функція предиката в реченні-висловленні.
Description
The article clarified categorical meaning of repeatedly-distributive action verbs caused by their inner essence as language units, the content of which includes propositional function of predicate in a sentence-utterance.
On the verbal level of a sentence lexical content of propositional scheme specifies and attaches the message to a fragment of reality. Semantic-syntactic structure of a sentence is formed by two types of signs: predicate and not predicate, syntaxemes, including predicate as a central, constitutive component that specifies the number and quality of subordinate not predicate components.
Predicates of action constitute the core of repeatedly-distributive action verbs (RDA), a major seme of which is 1) «direction of action at several objects’ or 2) «execution of the action by many entities.» Active verbs express an action that aims both at object (or subject) and causes corresponding changes in it, that is in the result of actions the object is created, changed or destroyed. In the sphere of RDA active action subject-object and subject-subject relationship meaning exists.
Predictive syntaxeme of RDA verbs may have other distributional meanings which belong to specific microfields and stay on the periphery of the lexical-semantic field of distributive action: «repeated actions», «temporality».
Semantic feature of the multiplicity is defined both by context, and verb semantics that are capable to express multiple, multiple-temporal meanings.
So, situational conditionality of predicative syntaxeme of repeatedly-distributive action verbs demonstrate the close relationship of language functions and close interaction of conceptual and grammatical categories originally presented in lexical, morphological and syntactic semantics, originally produced in acts of speech in accordance with grammar patterns.
