Abstract
У представленій науковій статті досліджуються питання організації праці осіб з інвалідністю через призму проблем правового регулювання. Наголошено, що особи з інвалідністю володіють усією системою соціально-економічних прав людини. Відзначено, що особи з інвалідністю не мають належного доступу до ринку праці. Проаналізовано ключові проблеми організації праці осіб з інвалідністю. Акцентовано увагу на міжнародних стандартів з питань праці. Проаналізовано національний досвід законодавчого регулювання.

In the present article analyzes the scientific issues of organization of persons with disabilities in the light of the problems of legal regulation. Emphasized that persons with disabilities have the entire system of social and economic rights. It is noted that persons with disabilities have proper access to the labor market. The analysis of the key issues of persons with disabilities. Targeted efforts of the state and society towards organizations of persons with disabilities are closely related to the implementation of international standards on labor, processes of codification of labor laws. The attention to international standards on labor. Analyzed national experience of legislative regulation.
