dc.description	The article studies the renowned “angry” conflict between Achilles and Agamemnon presented in Homer’s “Iliad” as one of the pattern conflicts in the classical (hereinafter – European) civilization based on 1) platonic, by its spirit, dialectic of knowledge and life, in the aspect of understanding, 2) the original conception of conflict as the making of self-aware understanding, in the aspect of controversy, and 3) a proper procedure of ontoepistemological expert study of conflict. Addressing the initial issue of ontoepistemological expert study of conflict about identifying the keystone incident in “The Iliad” as a conflict proper, along with the concomitant problems and conditions, the author, while walking through step-by-step, by days and lines of verses in the first passus of the poem, reproduces the overall chronology of the well-known ancient quarrel, and also provides a layer-by-layer analysis of the meaning of its basic problematizations – the problem-based interpretations of the actual knowledge revealed to the conflict’s protagonists. The proposed approach enables reproduction of the basic segments of the “peace – war” semantic field (peace-concord-controversy-discord-conflict-war) as characteristic markers on the making scale of understanding, in the aspect of the other being correlated to the matching segments on the making scale of understanding in the aspect of self-understanding (immediate obviousness resp. evidence-identity-difference-distinction-controversy-contradiction). The study is accomplished at the point of origin of the conflict itself stemming from the act of breach, by one of the heroes, Agamemnon, of the parties equality (equity) principle fundamental to the classical culture and diplomacy, which in turn entails the narrative actualization of the perennial controversy along the principle of “own ↔ not-own (strange)”. Ultimately, the author offers a sufficiently rigorous procedure for identification of various life situations as presumable conflicts dependent on their positioning on the making scale of understanding specifically within the range of controversy.	en
dc.description.abstract	У статті з урахуванням платонічної діалектики знання і життя в аспекті розуміння, авторської концепції конфлікту і процедур його онтоепістемологічної експертизи досліджено «гнівний» конфлікт між Ахіллом і Агамемноном в «Іліаді» Гомера як один із модельних конфліктів античної (далі – європейської) цивілізації. Покроково відтворено хронологію античної «брані» та здійснено пошаровий смисловий аналіз її основних проблематизацій у семантичному полі «мир – війна». Запропоновано процедуру ідентифікації відповідних життєвих ситуацій як конфліктів.	uk
