Abstract
In the article, its author endeavours, on the ground of rather understanding
and reconstructive approach to one of the key principles of logical positivism,
to provide at least particular justification for that fundamental significance
of the ideas introduced the new logic and the neutral phenomenalistic
epistemology at the beginning of XX c. among the Austrian and German
philosophical circles. There is also demonstrated a deep intimate correlation
between the main streams in the philosophy of science at the period and,
consequently, the intolerability of the general condemnation of their foundations
on the whole from the criticising of individual and quite consistent realizations
of particular programs.
