Abstract
У статті зроблена спроба розглянути історію появи й особливості методу соціальної оцінки як засобу врахування людського чинника при реалізації великомасштабних проектів. Основна ідея полягає в тому, щоб показати можливості двох наук - соціальної антропології і соціології - в оцінці соціальних наслідків великомасштабних проектів. Якщо від соціальної антропології взяти предметну сферу її вивчення - людину, а від соціології'— її інструментарій, то можемо дійти нового бачення і розуміння соціальних процесів трансформації, що сильно впливають на життєдіяльність людей, а головне, можемо пом'якшити наслідки цих глобальних перетворень за допомогою методу соціальної оцінки.
Description
The article makes attempt to examine a history of corning into being and peculiarity of a method of a social assessment as way of taking into account of the human factor at realization of the various projects. The basic idea consists in showing opportunities of two sciences - social anthropology and sociology - in an estimation of social consequences of the large-scale projects. If from social anthropology to take a subject sphere of its study-man (personality), and from sociology - its instruments, thus, we can receive new vision and understanding of social processes of transformation, which strongly influence ability to live of the people, and the most important is that we can soften consequences of these global transformations with the help of a method of a social assessment.
