During centuries this land was owned by Poles. In the 17th century Volochysk was one the trading centers of the Podillia region, now it is Khmelnitskiy and Vynnytsia regions. Now it is one of the prosperous regions of our country. In the article there is a short brief about development of the regions and current problems.Вперше Волочиськ згадується в історичних документах 9 липня в 1463 році, згадується земля Збараззьких князів. Протягом століть ця земля належала полякам. У 17-му столітті Волочиськ був одним з торгових центрів Подільської області, тепер Хмельницької та Вінницької областей. Зараз це один з найбільш прогресивних регіонів нашої країни.
