This article elucidates basic scientific approaches to this problem. Theoretical provisions are illustrated by practical examples. The author made a description of scientific hypotheses put forward in relation to substantiation of the participant’s liability for negligent crime for criminal consequence that objectively caused by the behavior of one of them, if it is impossible to establish a specific perpetrator. Author created foundation for further study of the problem of liability for negligent crimes are committed by several offenders.У статті аналізуються погляди щодо обґрунтування відповідальності учасника необережного злочину за неможливості встановлення причинного зв'язку. Висвітлено основні підходи до цієї проблеми. Теоретичні положення ілюструються практичними прикладами. Автор здійснив опис наукових гіпотез, висунутих стосовно обґрунтування відповідальності учасників необережного злочину за злочинний наслідок, об'єктивно заподіяний поведінкою одного з них, якщо конкретного винуватця встановити неможливо.
