The earliest known examples of vultures excarnation of dead bodies belong to Anatolia, so though this was the wide-spread Palaeolithic rite, it should had spread within the Near East, Mediterranean, Caucasian and a Black Sea region peoples along with the agricultural transition as a part of Circum-Pontic ethno-cultural network. This is the point for us to seek such a tradition within the NeoEneolithic societies of Ukraine, such as Cucuteni-Trypillian culture, for which a “sowing-baking” theory is proposed.У статті надано характеристику практик "повітряного похорону" та поховальної екскарнації з виявленням регіональної специфіки.
