Terms concerning human rights are among legal terms most frequently used by people in everyday life due to the clarity of their meaning, their topicality and highly emotive, even rhetoric potential. As Samuel Donnelly noted "rights and the effort to understand their meaning and function have become the most important topics in the key dialogue of the 20th century." We understand legal terminology on human rights as an open system of words and word combinations which are used in the norms of international and domestic law with regard to human rights and in other spheres of social life, and which express the concepts belonging to the sphere of human rights.enhuman rightsrightUkrainian terminology on human rightslegal terminology on human rightsarticleLegal terminology on human rights: origin, interpretation, functioningArticle
