The examples lie in three planes of studying international experience - the experience of the past, current activities and outlined European perspective. Given the characteristics of the current stage of development of the national economy highlighted lessons, limitations and risks of the use of financial instruments of accelerated rehabilitation and modernization for Ukraine.У статті представлено узагальнення світового досвіду застосування інструментарію фінансової підтримки модернізації економіки та прискорення темпів зростання країн із різним рівнем економічного розвитку. Наведено приклади, що лежать у трьох площинах вивчення світової практики: досвіду минулого, сучасної діяльності, окреслених європейських перспектив.
